The Company

Cohort 01 · 12 weeks

A 12-week formation, not a course.

Four schools, in order. Each one hands its work to the next, and every week adds a section to the one portfolio you'll defend at commissioning.

Four schools, in order

Twelve weeks. Four schools. One table.

Identity

Weeks 1-2 · To become

Who God made you to be: calling, character, and the kingdom blueprint.

Priesthood

Weeks 3-5 · To abide

Living from God's presence: creative intercession, discernment, imagination.

Kingship

Weeks 6-9 · To build

Mastery of craft: narrative control, then your guild's specialisation.

Dominion

Weeks 10-12 · To lead

Brand, enterprise and commissioning. Sent with a three-year plan.

A week in the programme

The week has a shape.

Friday: Teaching opens

The week's teaching begins, with the head of your school. Cameras on, questions welcome.

Saturday: The long session

The heart of the week: teaching, critique, and the brief you will carry into the days ahead.

Sunday: Teaching closes

The last session, and the assignment is yours. What you make between now and Friday is the work.

Midweek: Mentorship

You are not left alone with the brief. Mentors walk with you through the making, in the days between.

One capstone

You graduate with one thing: the Kingdom Vanguard Portfolio.

Not a stack of assignments but a single, cumulative body of work. Week 3 seals your identity blueprint. Week 6 adds your rule of life and storytelling manifesto. Week 9, your creative project and ownership strategy. Week 12, your brand positioning and three-year plan, defended before a panel. Then you are commissioned in person.
